Yacht Crew Alliance - Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The Yacht Crew Alliance referral program is open to individuals who submit candidate referrals in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Valid Referrals
A referral is considered valid only if the referred candidate:
a) Is introduced to Yacht Crew Alliance for the first time by the referrer; and
b) Is not already registered in Yacht Crew Alliance’s database or engaged in active discussions with a client at the time the referral is submitted.

3. Successful Placement
A referral will be deemed successful once the referred candidate is placed through Yacht Crew Alliance and has successfully completed one (1) full month of employment onboard the hiring vessel.

4. Referral Reward
For each successful referral, the referrer will receive $300 digital gift card.
The referrer may choose between an Amazon or Booking.com gift card, subject to availability and regional restrictions.
Rewards are issued only after confirmation of the candidate’s completion of the first month of employment.
There is no limit to the number of successful referrals. Each qualifying placement is eligible for a separate reward.

5. Reward Conditions
Rewards are issued exclusively as digital gift cards and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
Gift cards are non-transferable.
Yacht Crew Alliance is not responsible for lost, expired, delayed, or misused gift cards.

6. Multiple Referrals
If multiple referrals are submitted for the same candidate, the reward will be granted solely to the first valid referral received, as determined by Yacht Crew Alliance.

7. Program Changes
Yacht Crew Alliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

8. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the referral program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
