The Role
We are recruiting a Yacht Chef for a 35–50m private motor yacht currently based in Palma de Mallorca, preparing for the Mediterranean season. This is a private program with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal cooking and well-balanced crew meals, alongside refined guest dining.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create fresh, seasonal menus aligned with Mediterranean cruising
  • Cater to owners and guests with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Prepare nutritious crew meals
  • Manage galley budgeting, provisioning, and stock control
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards

Candidate Profile

  • Previous yacht chef experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and fresh ingredients
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable working within a private, owner-focused program

Requirements

  • STCW
  • ENG1 Medical Certificate
  • Food & Hygiene Level 2
