The Role
We are recruiting a Yacht Chef for a 35–50m private motor yacht currently based in Palma de Mallorca, preparing for the Mediterranean season. This is a private program with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal cooking and well-balanced crew meals, alongside refined guest dining.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh, seasonal menus aligned with Mediterranean cruising
- Cater to owners and guests with a focus on quality and presentation
- Prepare nutritious crew meals
- Manage galley budgeting, provisioning, and stock control
- Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards
Candidate Profile
- Previous yacht chef experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and fresh ingredients
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working within a private, owner-focused program
Requirements
- STCW
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
