Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bosun with strong tender driving capabilities to join a private vessel based in Boca Raton. This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive individual who is confident operating and managing a high-performance tender and supporting deck operations to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support all deck operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
• Operate and maintain the vessel’s 35–40 ft high-performance tender
• Safely transport guests and crew
• Oversee deck maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
• Assist with docking, anchoring, and general seamanship duties
• Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed
• Support the Captain and wider crew as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bosun on similar-sized vessels
• Strong experience driving 35–40 ft tenders (essential)
• Confident handling guests
• Solid knowledge of deck operations and maintenance
• Valid maritime certifications ( STCW, ENG1)
• Ability to start immediately
• Must hold a US passport or greencard
