2nd Stewardess – 40–55m Private / Charter Motor Yacht

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 40–55m private/charter motor yacht operating between Fort Lauderdale and the Caribbean. This is a hands-on interior role suited to someone confident across service and housekeeping, with the ability to support the Chief Stewardess and lead junior interior crew when required.

This position offers excellent exposure to both cruising and yard periods, within a professional and well-structured interior team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard guest service under the direction of the Chief Stewardess
• Take responsibility for daily service setup, meal service, and guest areas
• Support housekeeping operations, including cabins, laundry, and detailing
• Assist with provisioning and inventory management
• Step up to lead shifts or oversee junior stews when needed
• Maintain clear communication with galley and deck teams

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as 2nd Stewardess or strong Stewardess ready to step up
• Confident service skills with good attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team player with a professional attitude
• Comfortable working on both private and charter programs

Requirements

• STCW (valid)
• ENG1 Medical Certificate
• B1/B2 visa required
• Food & Hygiene Level 2 preferred
