We are recruiting an accomplished Chief Stewardess to join a 55m+ world-travelling motor yacht operating on a combined private and charter program. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior interior professional who thrives in high-end guest environments and enjoys leading a dynamic interior team while delivering exceptional service standards.

The yacht follows a varied and adventurous itinerary, offering the chance to work across some of the most unique and remote cruising grounds globally.

• Cruising Areas: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Palau (Pacific), Japan, Maldives
• Program: Private & Charter

The Role

As Chief Stewardess, you will oversee all interior operations and guest experience, ensuring seamless service for both private owners and charter guests. You will work closely with the Captain and other department heads, setting the tone for professionalism, communication, and attention to detail throughout the interior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the interior team to consistently high standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service across both private and charter operations
• Plan and execute guest entertainment, including themed evenings, beach setups, events, and cinema nights
• Coordinate reservations and shore-side activities tailored to guest preferences
• Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and across all departments
• Oversee high-end service standards, including silver service
• Manage wine service, food pairing, table settings, floral arrangements, and yacht décor for special occasions

Experience & Profile

• Minimum 6+ years in the yachting industry
• At least 3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on vessels of similar size
• Charter experience is essential
• Strong guest-facing presence with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Creative approach to guest experience and onboard presentation

Required Certifications

• STCW (fully valid)
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (minimum 6 months validity)
• Food Hygiene Level 2
