Senior Deckhand – 35–50m Private Motor Yacht (Med Season)

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Deckhand to join a private motor yacht based in Mallorca, preparing for the upcoming Mediterranean season. This position is ideal for an experienced deckhand ready to take on more responsibility and support the Bosun in daily deck operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with deck maintenance and upkeep
• Support mooring, anchoring, and watchkeeping
• Tender driving and guest water activities
• Act as a key support to the Bosun and bridge

Requirements

• 1–2 full seasons of deck experience
• STCW & ENG1
• Powerboat Level 2
• Reliable, organised, and keen to progress
