The Role
We are looking for a motivated Deckhand to join a busy private/charter motor yacht operating between Fort Lauderdale and the Caribbean. This role offers strong exposure to both cruising and yard operations, ideal for a deckhand looking to build solid experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily deck maintenance and washdowns
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and watches
• Support tender operations and water sports
• Assist Bosun and bridge during passages and maneuvers

Requirements

• STCW & ENG1
• Previous yacht or maritime experience preferred
• B1/B2 visa required
• Powerboat Level 2 preferred
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude
