We are recruiting an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 70m+ private motor yacht operating between Dubai, the Maldives, and the Seychelles. This is a 3:1 rotational position, offering excellent work-life balance within a highly private, professionally run program.

This role is suited to a confident interior leader who excels in owner-focused service, values discretion, and is comfortable managing a large interior team in a high-standard private environment.

The Role

As Chief Stewardess, you will oversee all interior operations, ensuring exceptional service standards while maintaining a calm, organised, and polished onboard atmosphere. You will work closely with the Captain and senior crew to deliver a seamless experience tailored to the owner’s preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interior department on a large private yacht
• Deliver high-level, owner-focused service with complete discretion
• Set and maintain service standards across housekeeping, service, and presentation
• Train, mentor, and support the interior team
• Coordinate closely with the bridge and galley to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain clear communication and a positive onboard culture

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on large yachts (70m+ preferred)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Polished service style with excellent attention to detail
• Calm, professional, and discreet

Package & Rotation

• Rotation: 3 months on / 1 month off
